IT

Information technology is firmly established in the life of citizens and entrepreneurs. Even 30-40 years ago, few people could think about the role of personal computers. At the enterprises of the national economy there were conveyors, bureaucratic processes were formalized with typewriters, everything was handwritten in handwritten. Everywhere there were archives and departments for systematization. Experienced, diligent, scrupulous staff with sufficient professional qualifications was required.
Archives were filled with files in folders, all correspondence and business correspondence were filed there. Russian Post was "the queen of the speed of economic relations and the general epistolary bureaucracy." Large organizations even had their own expedition, mail, sorting and archive.

But times are changing and new technologies are in the yard. Personal computers replace and accelerate people's lives. Business is fast and fast in places. Technical innovations may become obsolete in half a year. There are software applications that completely replace harsh typewriters, and the position of typists is now able to carry out any clerk. Some professions disappear, new technologies appear in unison.
Information technologies are mediated by personal computers, smart software applications, combined multifunction devices (smartphone, tablet, MFP, etc.). The Internet, which was earlier perceived by skeptics as the invention of a wheel through a "wheezing modem and telephone line," is now practically indispensable. Without the Internet, entire industries can arise, and the professions of a programmer, system administrator, director of information technology and cyber security are prestigious and highly paid.
Neatly and quietly appeared electronic network crime. Do not think that organized digital crime is a cast of famous Western films and Russian TV shows, where the criminals are people in leather jackets and tracksuits. Not at all. In recent years, offenses in the field of information technology change weekly and are classified as latent, so the subjects of these literacy events can compete with eminent programmers. And in some situations, rare legal relations have not yet been formalized by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and are not criminal. In the morning you can come to work, and the secrets of production, all the data and files will safely leave your computers, and the irreplaceable staff will quit in the evening.
The Internet and information technologies are dynamically developing sectors of the Russian business that need qualified assistance from a lawyer. There are a number of good reasons for this.
An enterprise can connect to the Internet for the first time, but the terms in the contract and the contract itself are difficult to grasp. Connection specialists do not what is necessary for the enterprise, but what is easier and more convenient for them. The Internet is constantly turned off and breakdowns occur, and it is difficult to submit an official letter, complaint or application to the technical service of an enterprise without legal assistance.
In addition to the above, in the business turnover there are special agreements with IT companies that are engaged in the creation of sites, their promotion, promotion, customer acquisition and many others. The main feature of these agreements is an intricate, and in some places incomprehensible text. The parties, having signed the agreement, first begin to discuss verbally by telephone, and then in writing through the court. It seems to the client - the enterprise that the visitors to the site have been deceived as well, and the sales are zero. IT company is confident and proves its processing according to paid limits. It is very important in such agreements to write them in a qualified, understandable and, at the same time, simple language. This will remove promising misunderstandings and losses.
In addition, software applications are bought and sold in bulk. Sometimes there are annoying misunderstandings in the field of Art. 1225 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, when a counterfeit was sold, a pirated copy or the buyer did not know what he was buying at all, and the software application was functioning in a truncated form or in a demo mode.
The legal nihilism of a Russian entrepreneur makes it difficult for business processes, the desire to save on everything - lawyers, programmers, licensed computers, software applications, including downloading something you need from the Internet. Ease of downloading and further use may not threaten anything, but may turn into legal cases, since almost any computer program has an author, copyright holder and must be legally alienated, even though it is sometimes free of charge.
Another legal feature of the Internet is information about a person - businessman, industri-alist, entrepreneur, shareholder, owner. Especially, his personal data, business contacts, photos, habits, hobbies, places of rest, residence and much more. Such information can be accidentally or intentionally obtained from the sites of courts, open services of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, popular social networks and other places.

On the one hand, there are no reasons for risk and panic, especially if a person is a public figure and, for example, an accomplished show business star, writer, critic, blogger, etc. On the other hand, contacts, photos and personal information can be used to collect information regarding a person, his business, family, and, of course, property.
The aforesaid may be important for the stability and development of the business, or it may not be - it will only be shown by time and market conditions. A popular and wealthy man today is interesting to everyone. Tomorrow, after financial failure, no one needs his experience. But sometimes, open Internet information can give a certain impetus, both for explicit crime and for illegal competition.
Unfortunately, the Internet and the circulation of information in it are practically not regulated by law. And you need to know about this every day while working in business. You can often hear allegations that photos of citizens are free to move on the Internet. However, this is far from the case, which is confirmed by Art. 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Thus, the sphere of the Internet and information technology is complex, multifaceted, risky, unstable and, of course, needs qualified legal assistance from a lawyer.
